FAQs

What Type of Wax Do You Use in Your Candles?

We use 100% Soy Wax in all of our candles and wax melts.

Do You Use Fragrance Oils or Essential Oils in Your Skin Products?

We only use 100% Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils for any of our products that would touch a customer's skin. While you can use Cosmetic Grade Fragrance Oils and it would give us more optionality when creating scent blends, we don't like the use of synthetics in cosmetic or body products.

Can I Purchase Your Products In Target or Other Big Box Retailers?

We make everything in small batch format and are crafted by hand without the use of expensive machinery. With that, we do not sell to Big Box Retailers as it would require us to mass produce. However, outside of our website you can find us in tons of small brick and mortar shops across the country!

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do! International shipping is more expensive but we do ship world wide!

Do You Have a Rewards Program?

Yes! At the bottom right hand corner of any page on our website you can access our Rewards Program where you can earn points with every purchase! We even reward you for referrals!

I'm Having Trouble Keeping My Candle Lit or When I Initially Light It, Is It Defective?

We use Wood Wicks in our candles and while they are eco-friendly and burner cleaner, they do require a bit of extra care! We recommend the following but if you still have trouble, please reach out!

1. Trim the wick to 1/8" before each lighting and remove as much char as possible (wood wicks actually prefer to be shorter!)

2. Tilt the candle at an angle when lighting so that the flame reaches the length of the wick.

3. Hold the flame to the wick for about 8 seconds even once the wick is lit.

4. Let the candle burn all the way to the edges for a full pool the first time to avoid tunneling. When you allow your wood wick candle to tunnel it will drown out the wick as it burns in subsequent burns.

5. Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time and use a snuffer to put out the flame.

6. When not in use, cover with the provided lid to prevent dust and grime from accumulating (this can also impact scent longevity)
